Why can't i use Minecraft Java Edition on my microsoft account? i already have the game, and i can't play the game after migrating. and when i try to install the Minecraft for Windows, it wont install and say "error" @MojangSupport

This is what it say, and i cant play the Java Edition. It says that i need to buy the game again.
