@MojangSupport I contacted Mojang support last Friday about some account troubles. I got a fairly quick response saying they'd look into it, but it's been almost a week now and I haven't heard back from them. Are you able to give me any updates?

When I submitted it I got an auto email telling me to read the FAQ, and if that still didn't answer my question then I should reply to that email. The reply I got back from support didn't give me a ticket number. Their name is Agent Miniboss if that helps
