@MojangSupport is there a specific period of the day in where I get non-robot responses from mojang email support? Sent an issue, was asked for some info, sent the info and got no answer anymore.

No problem at all. Just wanted to know if there is any time of the day (and in wich fuso) in that I should not expect a response. Just to know if I should open a new ticket or wait longer

I did not receive the email with the ticket number TBH. Only the one with the automatic answer about the known issues with migration. Perhaps wait some hours and oppening a new one to get a number?
