@MojangSupport @XboxSupport I attempted to create a realm twice from an existing world and neither time worked correctly. I cancelled the two realms immediately. Is there a way to get my money back?

There is currently a known issue with uploading Worlds to Realms at this time: msft.it/6019kmZC3 Make sure to upvote it for devs to see. Can you also tell me what device and if it's Windows 10 Edition or Java Edition? ^TK

Didn't realise it didn't work until I checked my bank and there was two charges for realm subscription. The first "realm" wasn't even the original seed. It spawned me somewhere new. So I closed that realm. And attempted to retry but with the same success.

Was trying to get this wicked seed I found on Xbox to carry over to pocket. But when I tried to turn my Survival world into a realm it didn't work.
