Sorry to hear you've been running into issues logging in! If you're seeing Demo Mode in the launcher, make sure that you're signing in with the Microsoft account that was used during the purchase of the game. See msft.it/6011kgiyz more info on log in issues. ^FF

when I log in I put the Microsoft account with which I made the purchase but it tells me not to have bought it and sends me to the demo, while I did it

the email with transaction ID never arrived, but the € 23.95 was withdrawn from my card
