Sadly the game isn't compatible with Chromebook on the device's default settings--I'm really sorry about that! You can see our article here msft.it/6016k50jq for the technical stuff. Contact us at msft.it/6017k50jS and we'll see what refund options we have. ^NS

If it's not compatible how is the education edition compatible... there are some people that have a chromebook that do not have a "school account"
