@MojangSupport Hey, I can't install Minecraft Java Edition on my son's PC. I doubleclick the installer but it won't open. I tried the same installer on my Laptop and it works there. My son's PC easily exceeds the system requirements, better than the laptop. Please help.

My Android phone doesn't show the request form... I followed the link but there is no request form...

Also my son has a realm subscription, last payment Nov 11th. But it's not possible to revive his realm. Very puzzling.
