No messages from Mojang can seem to go through for me because I don't receive any response saying that my request was received in my inbox. I think that's because someone hacked it and migrated it. Is there a way I can contact you besides the way you gave me and you can help me?

That's the same message, like I said, I don't even receive an auto-response, meaning they didn't receive it, so can there please be an exception?
