@MojangSupport why do my son's world's keep disappearing from his Xbox? I've tried numerous fixes, but they seem gone permanently. It's the third time in five months it's happened.

Well that was a complete waste of time. No help on there whatsoever. Quality control is pretty amateur for such a big company
