The new #minecraftlauncher is broken. On the new launcher, I am advised to pay for a copy of the game I own already, so can only play a demo. On the old launcher, the game loads as expected. Fun quiz: Guess which one I'm using from now on!? Sort it out please @mojangsupport

That's weird, I've not had these issues but I've heard a few have. Did you have a mojang or microsoft account? Wondering if that's the issues?

Yeah, originally Mojang. I had an existing Microsoft account from the boys xboxes, so it was no biggie to use that. The old launcher works just fine. Weird.
