@MojangSupport Having problems launching Minecraft java edition the issue appears to have started right after i got the popup about the new launcher the game simply immidiately crashes after loading (1/3)

I dont have a transaction ID, since i got minecraft from a gift code, and i havent been able to find that again either

Either way, the issue isnt related to my account or any purchase, so i dont see why a transaction id is neccessary in this case
