@MojangSupport I purchased an item from the marketplace and received an error "Something went wrong" and it appears the transaction was not completed (i.e. no item to download). However, my credit card still shows a pending transaction. Can you help?

Is there an expected response time on support requests? (Your tweet replies are speedy but folks working email not so much). I don't want be impatient but I have a 7yo who wants to know what's up with the support request, and indeed, it's a fair question.
