I migrated my account to Microsoft but when I logged in, I have the demo version of the Java Edition. I bought the game. I chatted with Microsoft support and they said I have to contact you guys because I bought the game from the Mojang website long ago.

I did all of that. Same results. Is there a way I can prove that I bought the full game? I do have the email.
