@MojangSupport Can i get some support, the forgotten password on your site doesn't work and i cannot get my account back, i submitted a ticket but heard no reply.

That’s not the point though is it. Why can’t an automated system like resetting passwords just work like every other website does. It’s a complete joke that a multi million dollar company can’t even have something as basic as password resets work. It’s been like this for years.
