Hi @MojangSupport , it seems none of the skins made in the Character Creator are available in both of my Realms Plus. Any idea how to fix this?

sorry, but it didn't help, in the main screen my skin shows properly but when playing within the worlds i have it does not. This happens to all the players in my server, we just reset to steve and loading the dressing room don't even show our marketplace skin..
