@MojangSupport who should I contact for help loading Minecraft on Xbox? We were playing but the game was lagging so we restarted it and now it will kick us out within a minute of loading our world. Tried every fix I could find online for Xbox.

That honestly did not help me at all. I’m playing on Xbox One X, and Xbox series X, we’ve tried both consoles. We reinstalled the game and it still won’t work. Will kick us out back to home for one profile and other it let us build but won’t let edit character or that sort
