Need to complain to @Mojang about issues with my Realm... how do I do that? @MojangSupport @MojangStatus @Minecraft ???

Getting a bit sick & tired of grinding in my realm to only have the world freeze so that I cannot open inventory, my dropped items disappear, forcing me to quit out, which then removes all of my past progress. It makes the game totally unplayable. Can anyone help @MojangSupport ?
