Hey @MojangSupport one of my kids just got a new PC, we're signed in to Microsoft Store, signed in to the Xbox App, installed @Minecraft from the store as it recognised he owns it, but when we load it up it's showing we have to buy the game and won't let us sign in:

This isn't Java Edition though? It's the version from the Microsoft Store. It isn't showing it as a demo version in the store or in-game, it just shows that sign-in button and asks us to buy one of the collections.

Thanks, but I've already done that (signed in to Xbox App) and gone through all the FAQs etc but nothing has helped. I even just added myself as a Windows user on his PC. Signed myself in to Store + Xbox, 'installed' Minecraft and my own user won't sign in either.
