@MojangSupport so the past few days all my realms has done is go down lags out after 30 mins to a hour of play then I lose the hour that I put I'm you said you fixed this you haven't fixed anything by the looks of it twice this morning it's just gone off and lost everything

This has been happening to me for a literal month now. The first few weeks it was like that and now it just gets stuck on the realms loading screen.
