I purchased a map for my son on the marketplace and it’s not worked once. Crashes every time we try to load it. I’ve sent messages to Mojang and the developers Cube Creations and know one has responded!!!

I have no real idea if you’ve got my enquiry though. After hitting send you just go to a white screen and I never received a confirmation email. Is this normal?
