@MojangSupport My little bros account seems to have been hacked (he suddenly can’t log in and pw resets aren’t arriving) but your web support are refusing to help because he can’t give his transaction ID. He bought it 10 years ago, Paypal don’t keep records that long!

He did that, and despite having access to the original email address associated to the account they closed the ticket because he can’t give the transaction ID. He bought it in 2010/11, PayPal and banks don’t keep records from that long, so it’s an impossible request.

This is a die hard player from when it was an alpha and he was 11 years old then, been playing for a decade and now your support people are basically saying “too bad so sad, bye”.
