@MojangSupport If I have a subscription and click on INFO for that subscription (in-game) why do you get this screen?

If I click on MANAGE for the Real I want to unsubscribe I am redirected to my MS account. But.. which one do I cancel? (There's an extra one because today I subscribe for the same Realm twice by mistake - the first subscription notification didn't load so I subscribed again)

Sent. BTW here's the issue. I have 3 subscriptions for 2 realms (itself odd) and no way to know which one to cancel (via the Microsoft account page).

Your Help Desk person pointed me to a refund page on support.xbox.com So which one do I get a refund for? Does this mean I am cancelling a subscription? Is it at all possible to get a person to look at this?
