@MojangSupport Is been over 24 hours since I reported a problem with my Dungeons account. All I got was cookie cuter response. In short Dungeons is MIA from my account and asking me to pay again. No I don have the MS version.

Over 48 hours and no resolution to my MCD asking me to buy it again. I bought the .net version not the MS version and the game is asking me to buy it again. Representative not helpful and it take 24 hour to hear from.
