I contacted @MojangSupport via form over a month ago and still got no response. Is that normal? How long does it usually take? It's about migration, so not too urgent, but it's definitely not great…

Now it's two months, still no reply. And the launcher no longer tells me "we have starting migrating…", so I would assume that Mojang supports will soon no longer work. Can I please get a reply?
