@MojangSupport xbox live account says i can't play full version because i "DOn'T oWn iT". i bought the game on minecraft.net a few years ago and the problem started after migrating to microsoft. what do i do???

do you think I didn't? 🙃 I checked every possible faq, support forum and youtube video, and still couldn't fix it. give me a normal solution already, I know I did everything right.
