@MojangSupport Hi, I was gifted some minecoins which I successfully redeemed in my MS account. However, these do not show up in my Android or iPad account, when logged in with the same MS account

That link sent me to Microsoft support, which in turn couldn't offer that much of help and sent me to contact the developer of the game... how come are my Minecoins not appearing in my marketplace account?? I have a proof of purchase, if necessary..
