@MojangSupport hi, I’m a new user of the minecraft realms plus and recently I tried to change my current realm for a new world and instead it has created a new blank world and wont let me switch out for the world i was planning to replace it with. Is there a fix for this?

I have already visited the site and check if there is a solution there but it wasn’t much help. Itbwont even let me or anyone els load into my realm either and claims that i may have a problem with my internet connection but my xbox says otherwise.
