@MojangSupport I can't do anything on my realms again that I'm paying for, it's extremely glitchy please hire someone that knows what there doing to fix all the issues

I'm on Xbox one bedrock edition, keeps kicking out of server, blocks placement is delayed, load screen is all black, I'm paying for realms and just want the damn thing fixed already
