@MojangSupport I went through all the right channels and emailed support. But now it's been over a week since I've heard from 'Nestor' and over 2 weeks since I've been able to access my game. Please help.

I've already gotten a reply and had been emailing back and forth with someone named 'Nestor'. The replies were usually next day, but they stopped a week ago. I tried emailing them again a couple days ago to check in, but still nothing.
