Your support doesn't work. Paying customers get accts stolen from you on a regular basis. This is a complete and total racket. I'm keeping track of all my email and messages. We pay and can't retrieve accts stop giving bot responses like your customer service.

Hello, I bought 2 Minecraft gifts from the Microsoft store and ran into a problem. My friends could not redeem their codes because of a different region. Is it possible to exchange the two gifts bought from the Microsoft store for java edition ones or a refund.
