Fix shaders for bedrock edition on Xbox one bedrock I miss the shaders for Xbox or at least can y'all unecrypted the render dragon and release the codes to make high quality shaders PLZZZZZ

I have a legacy account .Its telling me the whole thing is on hold.A quick search says this has been the case for months .I need this to get my password reset to be sent to the right email. Am I getting ripped off here or is this going to be remedied at some point?
