I understand @MojangSupport has to go throgh all the steps, but I'm positive I just need a new game download. They are really going to great lengths to save $30... That money is gas in my car so I can make it to work for a week. To them, that money is spit in a bucket.

I have been in contact with someone via email for about 2 weeks, but it has now been 5 days since I've heard from them. I'm 100% positive I just need a new download. I can no longer access the gamertag/email my copy of Java attached to.
