@MojangSupport I have been waiting for a reply for 4 months to the email support ticket I submitted. I have submitted multiple over the past 4 months and have yet to hear any response from anybody. PLEASE HELP!!! is there a direct email address I can send my email to?

I have done all of that over 15 times over the past 4 months. My original purchase verification email doesn't have a transaction ID since it was in 2011, but I do have the original email. Please is there just a normal email address I can email?
