I did not create a Mojang account when I bought the game. The webpage just allowed me to pay without entering any email. I already had a Windows copy and when I entered in the launcher, only this copy is available. Java edition appears just the demo version.

That's too confusing for me. I can't understand. Why there's no email when I bought?! Feeling that I lost $26 😭 I log in and out from my Microsoft account and I only see demo version How can I ask for a refund and then buy again? My daughter is pretty sad with that.

I only have the receipt from credit card. Have no email from Mojang or Microsoft.

Tried that before Twitter. No response. But ok. I'll try again. My Microsoft account is rcfarias1981@outlook.com and my daughter Minecraft id is Epanda2011 if it helps.

Transaction ID is my main problem. I have no one. Just the value on my credit card as I attached before.
