@MojangSupport hey. im getting an error on my minecraft launcher saying,"Oh no! Something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services." and it gives me a "try again" option. i've clicked "try again" quite a few times and nothing is happening....

it keeps saying that i do not own minecraft on my microsoft account, even though i have owned java for quite a few years on my java account. i do not have a product ID because i dont have the exact email in my gmail account after purchasing it many years ago.
