@MojangSupport I need help from support I have been trying all day to buy Minecraft java edition with no success, and the suggestions on the help.minecraft.net don't content any help.
I tried everything on the page, and nothing worked. Chrome, Firefox, edge, incognito mode, plastic or digital card, there wasn't a way to make the purchase only error.
