Hi, so I reached out before and didn't get a response. I've also reached out to Microsoft and Mojang via the correct Support channels, and not gotten any help. Minecraft says it's Microsoft's issue, but I'm locked out of the Minecraft launcher and I can log into Microsoft fine.

not good business that @MojangSupport @Xbox is making people take it to Twitter — clearly 1000s of us having this issue - but NO live person to talk to at #mojang to resolve. My autistic son is beside himself- completely lost access to his creations & 100s of $$ @ConsumerReports
