My account has been migrating ( seems so ) but I'm unable to get a password reset I clicked on button pwd rest and I never got an email.

This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Seems like I’m not the only one who has lost hundreds of dollars in items I purchased prior to the Mojang move to Microsoft

This is the thing Microsoft support on phone is telling me - I need to log in to Mojang to complete my migration - as it wasn’t completed. *but mojang can not let me log in by sending me a new password.* Is anyone able to help me?

Followed your steps. This is screen as soon as I log in to Microsoft. It says that since I purchased before the migration - that I need to login to Mojang. But I need a mojang password reset to get in to Minecraft site - and no emails coming Pls help.
