My account has been migrating ( seems so ) but I'm unable to get a password reset I clicked on button pwd rest and I never got an email.

This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Seems like I’m not the only one who has lost hundreds of dollars in items I purchased prior to the Mojang move to Microsoft

I got a reply from your team but the person keeps sending me to Microsoft and telling me to login to mojang acct — and I can’t login to mojang without a password reset (which is not arriving.) I’m 😭😭😭

Is there any possible way to speak with a person on the phone? Seems like my issue could be resolved in 5 min, but It will take me weeks to go back and forth over email.
