it also wants me to answer my secret questions, i copy pasted into a document, answers that don't work now even tho i'm just pasting them, if i try to reset those questions i go to a page that asks me to log in, i can't log in unless i answer my secret questions, is this a joke?

i know i won't hear anything for months if i do at all ever from support, this will be my 2nd account that ends up in limbo because of an impossible catch22 from your support system, is this your business model? force people to buy the game again and again by technical bugs?
