@MojangSupport my son got prompted to migrate my bedrock account to Java. He already had a Java account. Now he can't access either. And he's beside himself. Thank you for anything you can do to help!

@MojangSupport thanks, but the problem seems to be that all the building he did in the java version is gone, replaced with the empty world of the Bedrock account.
