@MojangSupport Daughter cannot get into her acct it was hacked. We have transaction id which is required info. Support has not helped. Negatively affecting her mental health.

We've completed the forms many times. Is it a bot? We have record of original transaction and submit all necessary info. Reply back missing info, but they don't tell us what. Can you please help? Daughter is devastated and a lot of people seem to have same complaint no response
