Support Intake Form: Issues with the support intake form should be resolved! - JP

Hi, I'd like to ask for some help, I tried buying the Java Edition of minecraft, yet even though I know my card has 50 dollars in order to buy it, and all of the info is put in correctly. It says "Error in Purchase" What do I do?
