@MojangSupport having an issue login into my account, i know my email and password are correct however it seems I'm incapable of logging into the game without resetting my password when i want too login to add insult to injury whenever i attempt to reset my password it claims-

I can't do that if i can't recall what my in game name for java edition is. and i can't get that info if i can't login even though i'm positive i'm using the correct email and password. and AGAIN even though i'm requesting too reset it via email and the site claims the email (1)

(2) has been sent, i'm getting NOTHING in my inbox from mojang studios. so... i don't know what to do here.
