@MojangSupport I am attempting to join my realm on Xbox. Every time I get in, the sever resets my realm to a new world. I have tried recovering from a back up and it still opens a new world, even though my backups show the backup is recovered. I have restarted everything. Help.

@MojangSupport Additionally, when I download a backup of my realm, it is labeled “Creative -Experimental”, but if I try to play it, it also resets to a new world.
