@MojangSupport I've been having problems for days trying to upload a world to my realm. On Switch if it matters. It keeps saying I'm having internet issues, but everything else is fine and I've tried different internet. I've reinstalled, restarted, etc over days. Help?

I appreciate the reply. Are you guys going to at least pro rate all the realms that are active and unusable? I'm concerned that this could take months to resolve as my six-month subscription ticks by.

Also is there any work arounds? If I created a new realm from my "world" that I want uploaded, would that work for example? Would I be able to get a refund of my bedrock coins to attempt that so I don't have to buy two subscriptions? 1.17.30 is when the fix is coming? ETA?

Thanks for the reply. I don't see anything on there that specifically relates to my inquiry about a refund. Does that mean you're politely trying to hint that it's your teams official stance to avoid refunds even when your team is failing to provide the service paid for?

I mean, I can reach out to my bank and challenge the payment if that's what you're telling me to do.
