My brother is still having issues with loading times on his Nintendo Switch. Everytime he starts the application it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to load the game. And now on occasion the game crashes and he has to load up the game again. What's going on?

Spoke with them about the issues. Went through all the troubleshooting steps. Even backing up the data so I can delete everything from the SD card and then reinstalling the game. No change what so ever. Game continues to load slowly on start up and crashes mid-online play.

Help site wasn't helpful either. Found a thread that is having the same exact issue but there is mention of a solid fix. The issue is unresolved. I would be content if someone on your end acknowledges this issue and that there is no fix for it yet.

I hope that in the next update there can be a fix for this slow loading issue. My brother really loves this game. It's a way for him to hang out with his friends and it's a real shame that he can't enjoy it now because of this problem. :(
