@MojangSupport why is it that when I try to recover my password I don't even get a recovery email? And when I try to make a new account because I can't get into my old one, I get told to buy a 40 dollar game I've already BOUGHT AND INSTALLED in order to make that new account?

My account is years old and my email has gone through a few resets at this point, so I don't have the transaction id anymore, and there's apparently no way to get a new copy of it. I do have my account name and the email it's attached too, but your site refuses to send any emails
