@MojangSupport on the web refuses to help with Legacy account recovery. I paid for the game (with proof), I'd like actual support. How do I escalate my account access issue and get my account back? I do not have an email address, only a UN to log in.

I appreciate the reply. I've already done that 4 times and am refused service due to legacy account. I've also been refused an escalation path, despite having proof of purchase and my old account name. Can't do password reset, email on old account is an existing MS account.
