@MojangSupport I have sent in support requests and I don't ever get an email back saying it was received ever since my first inquiry. I was corresponding with Tobi Fynn of Minecraft Help but I've been since ghosted by them. I would love to get help..

That's not the problem, the problem is you're ignoring my submissions. I've not had contact for over a week from previous Minecraft Help, and when I submit a new request it's not received.
